Jessica Hunter is a renowned consulting expert in the medical aesthetic industry providing independent business consulting to clients in both the US & Canada. Her acumen lies in financial assessment & operational analysis, creating & implementing detailed marketing strategies for growth & scale, improving cradle-to-grave client management processes, increasing efficiencies, staff compensation planning as well as providing unparalleled guidance and advice to excel our clients’ overall business performance.

She advises from a place of genuine passion for helping our clients grow and succeed at their goals, having delivered uncommon results for countless aesthetic practice owners for over a decade.

Jessica was recruited by Allergan almost ten years ago to work as one of their early-stage consultants. Additionally, she spent over ten years in multiple leadership roles within the medical device + supply industry including national strategic planning, marketing and new product development as well as creating and integrating new policy adaption at multiple Fortune 100 companies.

She has also become a well-known speaker & educator in the industry presenting at events through North America & Europe.

A former college athlete, when she is not visiting Aesthetic Brokers clients, she enjoys an active lifestyle with her husband and two boys.

Jessica holds a Bachelor of Kinesiology as well as a Master in Business Administration with a major in entrepreneurship development. She also is a certificated Insights Discovery facilitator and is a certified digital marketing professional.
