Vice President of Business Development

Mandy Gast is Vice President of Business Development at Aesthetic Brokers. Mandy leads all components of the transaction process, including transaction strategy and positioning, financial analysis, due diligence, deal structures, negotiations, and deal execution. Her touted background of extensive experience leading healthcare practice acquisition deals as a buy-side executive within the private equity-backed Management Services Organization (“MSO”) space gives her an uncommon advantage when it comes to advising our clients. Mandy prides herself on her ability to listen to our clients’ wants and needs and develop executable strategies to help them maximize their goals.

Gast’s role at AB is informed by over a decade of experience in negotiations, structuring deals, financial analytics, practice operations, and de novo initiatives, spanning primary, urgent care, and specialty healthcare. Prior to her tenure at AB, she served as Senior Vice President at Dental Care Alliance (DCA), a prominent Dental Services Organization in the private equity-backed space, and previously led business development efforts for Complete Health, a private equity-backed primary care MSO focusing on patient outcomes.

Gast holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida and an MBA from the University of North Florida. She is Six Sigma certified and serves as a board member for Complete Health Accountable Care ACO. Beyond her professional achievements, Gast finds joy in her role as a mother to three children and her passion for tennis.
